Booking Terms
Our primary check-in day is Saturday, however we are very flexible please contact us if you are looking for alternative days

- 30% deposit to secure a booking
- Balance due 8 weeks prior to stay
- Payment to be made by bank transfer (credit cards are not accepted)
- Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am
These rates include housekeeping once per week and airport meet and greet.
Cancellation Policy:
- 8 weeks prior to arrival you will be refunded all money paid
- 8 weeks - 30 days prior to arrival you will receive all money paid minus the 30% deposit
- 30 days prior there will be no refund of any money received.
